The Caley Sample Room bar is located to the West of Edinburgh's city centre and is local to the Shandon, Polwarth, Slateford, Merchiston, Viewforth and Gorgie neighbourhoods.

The bar specialises in quality food using locally sourced ingredients and we have a Sunday roast, children’s meals / menu, bar snacks, lunchtime specials and a weekend brunch so there’s something for everyone.
