Food at the Cambridge

The Cambridge Bar is ideal for food during the day and into the evening until 9pm. We serve Edinburgh 's finest gourmet burgers with a wide range of flavour-packed toppings.

We use freshly baked buns and the burgers are 100% Scotch beef or free range chicken breast - it's homemade, including the relishes, with the rest coming from local sources. We feel we've created the ultimate burger.

Food is served from Monday to Sunday - 12 noon until 9.00pm. Table reservations and takeaway orders are welcome on 0131 226 2120.
